I am happy with my purchase but not with the delivery. This product took so long to arrive (approximately one month) that when I would try to track it, AMOZON’S verbiage told me that it was possibly lost. I did receive it and am happy with the purchase. YouIt is a good bench if you are looking for a basic one to sit on. I bought it specifically for the leg extensions and hamstring curl options but the bar prevents full engagement of the muscles so much of the pressure is placed on the knees.Easy to assemble and with some additional components was able to covert it to using resistance bands instead of free weights. Great bench for the money.This bench is just right for anyone up to 6 feet tall. Beyond that, it may be a short. Solid build quality and good functionality.i used the all parts of the bench and works great . i don't care for the grab bars. took mine off. seems like it was made for very thin people.Was easy to assemble, small & compact. I only wish the seller did not print a label If the product was not ready to ship, I.e. Label print July 13th.
