I have struggled with some pain in my knee from years of soccer and running. My flare up occurs on the inner side of my right knee. Been to the doctor on multiple occasions over the years always thinking the latest injury is something new and worse.... thankfully (I suppose) its always a similar diagnosis of no major tears, just need rest, ice, therapy. A few years back I discovered Kinesiology tape is a savior in this case and really helps me find pain free movement when running. In giving these tights a go, I did find they are quite helpful. Went for a 6 mile run and felt really nice to have compression points around my knee, calf, and hamstring. Definitely felt supported and kept me warm in the 50 degree morning weather. As far as the kinesiology goes, I do believe this was helpful but not as great as using actual tape. Hard to give a grade, but I'd say it performs about half as well as tape. All in all, I am a fan of a unique concept for compression tights, just not quite as good as separate tape and pants
